Typically our Chairs have run their own business or have retired from a senior position with a larger business. They would already have some skills in facilitating groups towards development and problem solving goals. They might have some skills already in leadership coaching.


There is an upfront fee to buying a franchise, thereafter funds generated by the boardroom will cover the support office and Chair income.
