Costa Mitchell has over 40 years of pastoral ministry, with 23 years in a bi-vocational role combining church leadership and business. He has held leadership roles in companies like Success Motivation Institute and Vineyard Music South Africa and as a training associate with Crucial Consulting.
As a certified leadership coach, Costa now runs his own coaching practice. He is also the author of three books and presents seminars on the topics they cover internationally.
30 years of working experience underpins Vaughan’s Leadership and Coaching Skills Sets. He has worked with some of the world’s leading brands. Including industries such as FMCG, Engineering, Financial Services, Packaging and Petroleum. He has co-created and delivered people development solutions with large clients in the critical areas of Leadership, Negotiation Skills, and Procurement. He is a strong corporate trainer in Leadership and Negotiation Skills, working internationally and locally with well-known brands. He is an excellent public speaker, facilitator, and coach. Vaughan is passionate about Leadership because of the positive impact good leaders have in business, families and in communities.
James Mpele has more than 30 years’ experience as a cultural coach, change agent, and facilitator. He combines a detailed knowledge of personal, group and organisational change technologies with a broad background in business, entrepreneurship, and education.
James holds a People Management Diploma from the Institute of People Management, a Bachelor of Technology in Human Resources from Witwatersrand University, an MSc in Training and Human Resource Management from Leicester University and Debriefing and Coaching Accreditation from Harrison International.
